AI Coach

The AI Coach is a pre-trade sanity check on manual orders. When you place from the ticket, the DOM, or a chart right-click, the coach reads the same live workspace an analyst would - your charts, order book, tape, positions, and account - and critiques the order before it reaches the venue: does the entry fit the visible flow, is the risk placement sound, what are you missing? Bots and algo orders are never coached; it exists for the human hand.

In Blocking mode the order is held while the coach reads the tape, and a dialog presents its call:

  • The verdict rail - a 0-100 score on a gauge, the verdict word (PROCEED, CAUTION, or RECONSIDER, color-coded), and a short caption like “entry near support, but gaps”.
  • The order pill - side badge, size, symbol, and price, exactly as it will be sent.
  • Overview / Detailed tabs - Overview is a three-to-four sentence synopsis: what the order is, the strongest point for it, the strongest point against it, and what would improve it. Detailed holds the full reasoning with the key levels bolded.
  • The stats strip - your exposure in dollars, the coach’s suggested R:R, and the entry’s distance vs market.
  • Cancel / Proceed - always visible at the card’s bottom, whatever tab or scroll position you’re in.

Modes

BlockingThe order is held until you choose Proceed or Cancel in the dialog.

Pick the mode in Settings ▸ AI / LLM, alongside the AI backend the coach uses (the cloud service or a local model - the same choice Dradis and LLM-assisted bots share).

What the coach sees

The request carries the same live context the Dradis chat reads: every open pane’s summary (charts with indicators, book depth, recent tape, positions, account), with the pane you ordered from promoted to the front so its market is never truncated. Nothing extra is collected for coaching - it is a read of what is already on your screen.
